The problem
Running on Luma with mobile LCP at 4.2 seconds and mobile Lighthouse Performance at 38. The theme was slow to load, hard to maintain, and the storefront design no longer matched the business.

Eight-week Hyvä migration and full redesign: new storefront design, product variant and options model, custom checkout work, content pages, blogs and store finder, all rebuilt Hyvä-first. Mobile LCP from 4.2s to 1.1s, Lighthouse Performance from 38 to 92.
