Overview
Features
Every capability earns its place: built to solve a real merchant problem, not pad a feature list.
Your category tree becomes the top nav automatically, ordered by category position, no manual menu building, and it stays in sync as you add or reorder categories.
Subcategories and featured products load on first hover from a cached endpoint, so the page itself stays light, a rich menu without the speed hit.

Show featured product cards in each dropdown, by best-sellers, newest, on-sale or price, turning plain navigation into a selling surface.
On small screens the dropdown becomes a slide-out drill-down panel with +/− toggles, so the menu works as well on phones as on desktop.
Detects the active theme and adapts its width, alignment and colours at runtime, Hyvä, Luma, Adobe Commerce or custom, with an optional accent-colour override.
The top-level bar is server-rendered HTML with real links, so search engines crawl your navigation instead of hitting JavaScript.

Open guide“Customers can reach deeper categories and important products with fewer steps. The module feels integrated with the rest of the Magento storefront rather than appearing as a separate add-on. We have seen a clearer customer journey and fewer routine questions for our support team, and the overall experience is more consistent.”

“The core functionality does what we needed: category-driven mega menus can include featured products and structured links. It improves catalogue discovery without locking the store to one theme. We had a small amount of configuration during the initial setup, which is why I would give it four stars rather than five. Overall, it is reliable and saves us considerable administrative time each week.”

“Our technical team liked that Mega Menu keeps the workflow inside Magento. In particular, lazy loading and mobile drill-down keep navigation usable across devices. Installation and support were straightforward and well supported, and having source-code access made the extension easier to review for our environment.”

“After Mega Menu was configured on our Magento store, the day-to-day workflow was clear. We especially value that category-driven mega menus can include featured products and structured links. The settings are easy to understand, and our team can manage the workflow without needing repeated developer assistance. It now replaces a task we previously handled manually.”

“We were dealing with large catalogues being difficult to navigate on desktop and mobile. After adding Mega Menu, category-driven mega menus can include featured products and structured links and lazy loading and mobile drill-down keep navigation usable across devices. The main difference for our store has been a smoother day-to-day workflow, fewer avoidable customer questions and less manual administration. It has been a strong fit for our Magento setup.”
