Overview
A five-second warning above the price prevents a five-day return.
Some products need a heads-up before purchase, “repair case only,” “requires cutting,” “ships unprogrammed.” Without it, customers buy the wrong thing and you eat the return.
Add coloured warning banners to any product or a whole category, in any colour, stacked and sorted as you like, fully server-rendered on any theme with no template edits.
Catalogues with technical, regulated or easily-misunderstood products where a clear pre-purchase notice cuts returns and support load.
Features
Every capability earns its place: built to solve a real merchant problem, not pad a feature list.
Cut returns from nasty surprises. Put a clear notice right above the price on exactly the products it applies to.
Need the same warning on every item in a category? Set it once, even products you add later inherit it.

Switch a seasonal warning off without deleting it, then back on when you need it again.
Fully server-rendered with scoped styles, drops onto Hyvä, Luma or a custom theme with zero template edits.
Product Warning — setup guide
Step-by-step install & admin configuration, fully illustrated.
Open guide“We were dealing with important product restrictions or safety information being missed by shoppers. After adding Product Warning, warnings can be assigned at product or category level and the notices appear on product pages without custom template overrides. The main difference for our store has been a smoother day-to-day workflow, fewer avoidable customer questions and less manual administration. It has been a strong fit for our Magento setup.”

“Our technical team liked that Product Warning keeps the workflow inside Magento. In particular, the notices appear on product pages without custom template overrides. Installation and support were straightforward and well supported, and having source-code access made the extension easier to review for our environment.”

“Customers see key restrictions, compatibility notes or handling information before buying. The module feels integrated with the rest of the Magento storefront rather than appearing as a separate add-on. We have seen a clearer customer journey and fewer routine questions for our support team, and the overall experience is more consistent.”

“After Product Warning was configured on our Magento store, the day-to-day workflow was clear. We especially value that warnings can be assigned at product or category level. The settings are easy to understand, and our team can manage the workflow without needing repeated developer assistance. It now replaces a task we previously handled manually.”
