Overview
A customer mistypes their email at checkout and every order email—confirmation, invoice, shipping, tracking—vanishes into thin air. Natively, Magento provides no straightforward way to fix this. Order Email Editor adds exactly that: edit the email address on a placed order from the admin, optionally sync the correction to the linked customer account, and move on.
Every change is recorded in a full audit trail, detailing who changed what, from which address to which, and when, so support fixes never become accountability gaps. Admin-only by design, ACL-protected, Hyvä-safe, and compatible with Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce.
