### Fixed - **In-Store Pickup was offered at checkout regardless of stock.** The carrier's `collectRates()` never checked cart-item stock, so out-of-stock-but-saleable items (supplier/backorder: `is_in_stock=1` with `qty <= 0`) still showed Click & Collect. Added `cartHasLocalStock()`, called from `collectRates()`: if any cart item has no local stock (legacy CatalogInventory `is_in_stock && qty > 0` — the same source as the PDP availability widget, so PDP and checkout agree), the carrier returns no rate. - All-or-nothing for mixed carts; composite parents skipped; virtual items ignored; fail-open per item on transient lookup error. - **No constructor change** (lazy `ObjectManager`) → no `di:compile` impact for consumers patching in place. Verified live on production (qty=0 → hidden, qty>0 → shown, mixed → hidden). **Upgrade:** `composer update etechflow/module-in-store-pickup` then `bin/magento cache:flush`. > Note: released as 2.2.4 because v2.2.2 / v2.2.3 tags already existed on older commits; `main` was ahead of them.
