Overview
Features
Every capability earns its place: built to solve a real merchant problem, not pad a feature list.
Out-of-stock products show a subscribe form for guests and logged-in customers alike.
The moment stock returns, subscribers get an email linking straight back to the product.

Open guide“Our technical team liked that Back In Stock Notification keeps the workflow inside Magento. In particular, notification emails are sent when inventory becomes available again. Installation and support were straightforward and well supported, and having source-code access made the extension easier to review for our environment.”

“Customers can register their interest and return as soon as the product is available. The module feels integrated with the rest of the Magento storefront rather than appearing as a separate add-on. We have seen a clearer customer journey and fewer routine questions for our support team, and the overall experience is more consistent.”

“After Back In Stock Notification was configured on our Magento store, the day-to-day workflow was clear. We especially value that customers can subscribe directly from the out-of-stock product page. The settings are easy to understand, and our team can manage the workflow without needing repeated developer assistance. It now replaces a task we previously handled manually.”

“We were dealing with shoppers leaving after finding an item out of stock. After adding Back In Stock Notification, customers can subscribe directly from the out-of-stock product page and notification emails are sent when inventory becomes available again. The main difference for our store has been a smoother day-to-day workflow, fewer avoidable customer questions and less manual administration. It has been a strong fit for our Magento setup.”

“The core functionality does what we needed: customers can subscribe directly from the out-of-stock product page. It brings interested shoppers back without manual follow-up. We had a small amount of configuration during the initial setup, which is why I would give it four stars rather than five. Overall, it is reliable and saves us considerable administrative time each week.”
